New Moon Acoustic Blues is a high energy traditional blues outfit led by guitarist and singer Karl Schwarz. New Moon never fails to resurrect on stage the powerful feelings of Hill Country, Delta Blues and Piedmont Blues! In an effort to recreate the emotion and feeling of the early 1900’s, the band performs the music of artists such as the Reverend Gary Davis, Robert Johnson, Sam Chapmon, Mississippi John Hurt and the like.
